Foot scrub treatment (scent of your choice - options: lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, tangerine) finished off with warm towels and extended foot massage. *Adds 15 minutes to the end of session.
Your choice of select essential oils/blends. Oil is added to lotion and may also be diffused during session, includes addition of warm towels throughout treatment and 2 oz bottle of lotion infused with your chosen essential oil to take home.

Based around the traditional Chinese practice known as Gua Sha. Therapeutic method of scraping the skin to alleviate pain and improve ROM. Eases muscle pain, tension and immobility. May result in mild petechiae (pink/red spots from blood under the skin), generally not painful & clears within days.
Incorporated into full session, used along with regular massage lotion. Contains Menthol 10%, Camphor 5%, Peppermint and Tea Tree oils. No additional time added to session.
